HB! Mail Club is a monthly mail subscription created for those who need a little whimsy in their everyday life.
October's theme is Magical, Mystical Halloween. This will mail out the first week of October.

FAQ's
When will my mail ship?
Mail will go out the first week of every month. Since we're starting in October:
- Subscribe by October 1st → Your mail ships first week of October
- Subscribe on October 2nd or later → You'll receive November mail the first week of November
Mail will be sent out in a stamped envelope without tracking. Once shipped, US orders may typically arrive within 5 - 10 business days.
Are the items exclusive to the mail club?
Yes! All HB! Mail Club items are exclusive!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Mail ships internationally. International friends are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their country. Mail will be sent out in a stamped envelope with no tracking. International orders make take 2-5 weeks to arrive.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time though your account before the next billing cycle.
Can I purchase past Mail?
Past mail is not guaranteed to be restocked. Any leftover or extras may be released occasionally, but once a month's mail is gone, it's gone.
What if my mail arrives damaged or goes missing?
If your mail arrives damaged or doesn't show up, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at heybrecreativestudio@gmail.com.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All apparel items will be for preorder, which means these items aren't ready to ship out yet, despite what shipping date you may see at checkout. Preorders will take around 3 weeks to process and ship after the preorder date closes. After your item has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for your package to be delivered. Thank you for your patience!
Once your order is picked up by the mail carrier, I am no longer responsible for any shipping issues/errors with arrival times. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will receive an email confirmation when you placed your order. You will then receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please check that all shipping/billing addresses are correct before purchase.
I do ship internationally! All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay.

If you order digital items, they will be emailed to you. If you do not receive an email with your digital items, please email me.
